Our Berghof am Hochkönig offers space for self-catering for 44 guests in 11 rooms. The large hut with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge, terrace, barbecue and private parking is located directly on the ski slope or hiking trail in the ski area and leisure mountain Hochkeil in Mühlbach am Hochkönig.

With its rustic and complete equipment, the Berghof is the ideal destination for groups, clubs and families to enjoy self-catering vacations in the middle of the mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped for large groups. It has large stovetops, a combi steamer, an oven, and a dishwasher. There are enough plates, cutlery, glasses and cookware. Of course, there is also a large refrigerator, pantry and freezer.

The dining room has enough tables and chairs to seat all the guests and if the weather is suitable it goes out from there to the terrace. The beautiful larch wood terrace is equipped with beer tables and benches.
In summer, the beautiful charcoal grill is available and to the campfire site is only a few meters in the direction of the creek.

Our self-catering cottage Berghof on the Hochkönig is the starting point for all activities on the leisure mountain Hochkeil, in the mountain village of animals Mühlbach, in the region Hochkönig to excursions in the city and country of Salzburg.

Rent in winter for the whole house per day from Euro 650,- (from 3 nights stay)
incl. Electricity in ordinary scope (no e-car charging, electric heater, large electric appliances ect.), heating and water.
+ final cleaning Euro 250
+ Euro 10,- per 110l residual waste bag
+ local tax for persons over 15 years Euro 2,- daily

After consultation:
Eraly check-in from 11 am (if available) Euro 200,-.
Late check-out until 4 pm (if available) Euro 200,-.

Winter weekend (Friday – Sunday) for the whole house from Euro 2.150,-.
incl. Electricity in ordinary scope (no e-car charging, electric heater, large electric appliances ect.), heating and hot water.
+ final cleaning Euro 250
+ Euro 10,- per 110l residual waste bag
+ local tax for persons over 15 years Euro 2,- daily

After consultation:

Summer weekend (Friday – Sunday) for the whole house from Euro 2.050,-.

For all bookings applies:
The house is to be left swept clean, the kitchen as found. As part of the final cleaning, we do wet work and disinfection. Damage and heavy soiling must be settled immediately on site.
At the Berghof only cash payment or prior bank transfer is possible. We cannot process EC cards or credit cards! The general terms and conditions apply as in the Hochkeilhaus. The hut is to be left broom-clean and damages are to be paid cash on the spot. Waste separation and energy saving are important to us. The AGBHKH ( www.hochkeilhaus.at/AGBHKH.pdf ) apply.

Please bring with you: Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, slippers, dish towels, dish detergent, possibly in the summer table tennis net / rackets / balls, barbecue charcoal and campfire wood.

By car via the freeway and Bischofshofen
– Freeway Munich A8 to Salzburg
– Tauernautobahn A10 direction Villach until exit Bischofshofen –
– approx. 10 km to the village of Mühlbach am Hochkönig -.
– big signs on the right side “Arthurhaus” “Mandlwandstraße”.
– turn there and go up the mountain for 7 km.
– after the Hochkeilhaus and the Lärchenallee you will find the Berghof on the right hand side

– Exit Siegsdorf – Inzell – Steinpaß – Lofer – Saalfelden – Maria Alm – Dienten/Hochkönig –
